Return & Exchange
Because our products are imported from the USA and sourced per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
If you qualify for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The item must be unused, with all original packaging and tags
- Proof (photos/videos) must be submitted for review
