Because our products are imported from the USA and sourced per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  1. The item arrived damaged
  2. The wrong item was shipped

If you qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The item must be unused, with all original packaging and tags
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be submitted for review
